Anyone having read previous works by Brother Shadow, will be pleased to know that this book is in his usual easy to read style, with great stories and detailed presentations. As we can expect from Brother Shadow, all the methods are simple with no difficult moves, certainly not a book for 'finger flingers'.

The soft bound book contains twenty seven chapters which take up 114 pages! Brother Shadow provides the reader with twenty three full magical routines, which he has honed over the years to provide pure entertainment to those listening to his Storytelling and watching his performance.

The reader is not just taught how to do each effect but more importantly, how to PRESENT it with sage advice and comments given  throughout the book.

One of my favorite effects for many years has been  'Pick a Sin...Any Sin' which I got as a ready made up item from Brother Shadow. The whole routine is detailed in the book and he even includes the artwork sheets needed to make everything up (the cost of this made up effect alone is  $35).

Is this a book for a seasoned performer? Yes, such a performer realizes that there is always something to learn.

Is this book suitable for a complete beginner to Storytelling Magic? YES, such a person would save a lot of wasted time and money if this was their first book to buy.
