Pascal de Clermont

Residing in Dom Devienne, Bordeaux, France, Pascal is 35 (in 2002) and became interested in magic at the age of eight (doing his first show in school). A graduate in Psychology, PNL and Hypnosis.

Keenly interested in Séance work, Mentalism and Hypnosis, he is actually the only "official" "professional mentalist" in France as all the others are known as magicians (he added the term mentalist in the IRC categories in 1988).

As a professional, he earns his living performing all around the world in private parties, stage shows, trade shows and TV etc. He has performed all over Europe (east & West), Russia, Africa, Tunisia, Gabon, Cameroun, Cote d'ivoire, Togo, South Africa, USA, Canada, Quebec, Alaska, Japan, Brazil, Argentina, India, Colombia, New Zealand and Australia.

He has performed on numerous TV and radio stations around the world (predicting the outcome of some major events, bending spoons over the radio, finding a needle hidden in Montreal by a journalist...).

He is the official mentalist in a major French TV show called Normal / Paranormal (performing various experiments with the public and guests).

Pascal has written eight books as well as articles in Vibrations, New Invocation, Altar Flame, Snake Oil, Revue de la Prestigitation etc. and created various tricks for magicians/mentalists.

He runs an office providing Coaching, motivational speaking and personal development classes (mostly busy doing coaching work for actors and models).

During his free time, he practices (and teaches) different martial arts (presently a graduate and black belt in seven different martial arts. and writing music.

He has a professional recording studio where he plays numerous synthesizers & computers. So far two of his CD's have been released, Nocturnes and Harmoniance. He wrote the music for four videos which have been released for mentalists which include the subjects of magic, cold reading and memory.
