Fay Chelman ( Fay Ann Eve Chelman; a remembrance of
Anna Eva Fay) is the daughter of the Curator (a.k.a. Christian Chelman)
and was born in 1991 . Fay may be the youngest bizarre magicienne, she didn't receive a magic box at an early age, but lived in
one from the start.
Secretly in love with Harry Potter, she's the Superintendent of the Surnateum' Secret Department. She's a witch and doesn't really understand why the "muggles" don't have any power. She performs spells and incantations for her classmates in a ... catholic school. Her first and still favourite spell is "Alohomora". The spell that unlocks doors and locks. She understands that the only way for a witch (or a wizard) to use her/his powers in the muggle world, is to make believe that it's only "trickery".
