"I became keenly interested in bizarre/storytelling/mentalism & séance work when I got tired of the challenge aspect of regular magic. You always got asked how do you do that or told that they knew how it was done. With bizarre magike, you are telling a story and including the audience in the experience. It's no longer a challenge. It's a shared moment together. No longer is it asked how did you do that, but more so, did that really happen? Well, that or sometimes just stunned silence."

 " The biggest turning point in my magikal career was purchasing Christian Chelman's excellent tome "Capricornian Tales." That was my real first baptism into bizarre. Following this was Vlad's introduction of me to the Inner Circle of Bizarre Magick and attending Mystery School. My life was forever changed. Soon afterwards, two very close friends of mine, George Colavito and Anthony Rose formed a group called Trinity. We developed The Cross Creek Graveyard Séance which was taped for The Discovery Channel and also seen on The Learning Channel. Another highlight that merits mentioning is the night George, Anthony and I gave a talk and demo of bizarre magike for our local IBM ring which we had belonged to at the time. This was done in a church basement. After it was over, a member who was a deacon for another church, was visibly shaken and urged us NOT to follow this path as it could only lead to, well, if you actually believe that stuff. Needless to say, I still continue to practice my chosen art."
