This is the second and greatly expanded edition (the first one was
published in 1984). This book does not contain any magic,
just history BUT you can get some great story ideas from it as Charles
selected some of the more unusual and gruesome subjects.

There are two interesting photos. P18, above the caption "The High Priest of a modern witch coven", we see a photo of Tony Andruzzi in all his regalia with a table of accoutrements. On P104, above the caption "Witch's Altar with Book of Shadows (author's collection)", you can spot the book actually being the Negromicon by T.Andruzzi. This softback book is well worth the small price (£6.99 I think). |
